Education is a human right and a fundamental social duty, it is democratic, free and compulsory, as it is embodied in the Bolivarian Constitution of Venezuela. To comply with this constitutional mandate, the Bolivarian Government has implemented a series of educational policies that provide access to inclusive and quality education for children, youth and adults.
