A framework for global education transformation by Dubai Cares.
This framework is based on a new system of partnerships and participation of new education actors, so that each community, city or country can adopt, adapt, customise and transform their systems in ways that meet their aspirations. As a result, education transformation is not only a conversation for education experts or policy makers, but a space where teachers, education officials, ministries of economy, finance, labour and youth, as well as entrepreneurs and members of the private sector, not only communicate with each other, but contribute directly to the contextualisation of education, while striving to create opportunities for children and young people, both in the classroom and in the world beyond.
